"The Lackawanna Cut Glass Company incorporated on march 25, 1903....The company etched an "L" in a diamond as a trademark.  The consumer ordered directly from the catalog, and the company guaranteed safe delivery wherever mail, express, or freight went.  This company produced and distributed a large number of patterns in standard shapes.  Scranton business directories listed the company until 1905."  Pictured and identified in this catalog reprint are examples of punch bowls, punch sets, carafes, cologne bottles, celery trays, cream sets, decanters, whisky jugs, nappies, pitchers, table sets, cups and chalices,tumblers, candle sticks and more.
