We offer a 30 days returns policy.
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messages within 48 hours of delivery of the item. The item must be packed and sent back to us as it was received so to be protected from any damage in transit. Returns will not be accepted or processed for items which:- 1) are not in their original packaging and have been used (except as above) 2) have been damaged in transit All refunds are issued at our discretion in respect to damaged or faulty items. We will only refund or replace items which are confirmed as received - Please contact us for return detail. Return postage will be paid by the buyer under all circumstances and will not be refunded.
