Mettler Toledo HB43 Moisture Analyzer Power Supply Issues For Parts or Repair

Mettler Toledo HB43 Moisture Analyzer with power supply issues:
The machine is in excellent physical condition with only minor signs of wear.
However this machine has issues with the power supply which make it nonfunctional.
Power supply issues:
If plugged in the power supply makes a faint buzzing noise and the LED does NOT light up.
While the machine is still plugged in; and if the mainboard connector is disconnected and then reconnected the power supply LED lights up and the machine boots to the start screen.
Other Issues:
After the machine had booted a test run was attempted but was unable to complete as the sensor for detecting the lid closing was unresponsive.
