New Special Custom 1/24/1:25 scale GARAGE/ SHOWROOM with Wood Front including clear plastic windows on the office showroom with plastic windows on the right side as well with a clear door.These are a special edition offered in limited quantities at any given time. They are made in New Mexico by De-Sales. There is a 15 business day lead time. The model is approximately 16" W X 12 D x 8" H. Many other standard and custom models are available email me if you need more info. The back will have a wood garage door that slides up and out when you want it opened and also a similar people door on the left side of the showroom which also opens. This model is available with other trim colors.
The garage is made of wood and  foam board walls with special self supporting corners and door trim moldings. Most models like this require pins, or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy.  This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required(see photo).The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings. The floor is gray foam board to look like concrete and removable. This one does come with a gray flat (recessed) roof made like the floor and also removable.
